Thanks to our production technology and formulation experience of complex products, we are pleased to announce the launch on the market of our LAVETOOL 07, extrudable polyester paste for plugs machined with CNC technologies that goes alongside the One Shot special products range designed for a rapid production of composite molds.
LAVETOL 07 is characterized by a low specific weight (0.7) a curing profile suitable for obtaining high thickness (up to 3 centimeters in a single pass) and optimal hardness for processing with numerically control machines.
Lavetool 07 is generally applied to the preform in polystyrene foam previously treated with with a ultra low styrene content special resin, Lerpol 8300 TAE1 which is the ideal interface to strengthen and isolate the foam material otherwise subject to deformation and chemical corrosion.
Through the use of LAVETOOL 07 the production time and costs of the plug and therefore of the mold are drastically reduced, ensuring dimensional stability, accuracy and quality of the surface finish.
