LERPOL 8300 TAB1
PRIMER RESINS FOR EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE
Tixotropic and pre-accelerated polyester resin formulated with special monomers that do not attach the expanded polystyrene used for the modern production of composite plugs. Product with excellent wetting, workability and curing. To be used directly on polystyrene, one layer of CSM 450 gr/sqm , before the application of lavetool 07 milling paste.

EXTRUDABLE A MILLABLE LIGHT WEIGHT POLYESTER COMPOUND FOR PLUGS
Paste containing special polyester resins and light weight fillers.
To be applied on the plugl after LERPOL 8300TAB1 polystyrene resin.
Excellent hardening and workability with CNC machines, it guarantees dimensional stability and production speed of the model.

VINYL ESTER SKIN COAT
The first layer of the mold is crucial to obtaining the best surface quality and mold life over time.
It is therefore recommended to apply a mat of 300-375 gr/md using vinylester resin Lerpol R.902.
Wait for complete curing and then proceed with the construction of the body with OneShot resin.
ONE SHOT
RESIN
The innovative and exclusive characteristics of the “ONE SHOT” tooling resin make possible to build the entire body of the mold, up to a thickness of 15 mm, in a single “wet on wet” application , without running the risk of shrinkage or excessive overheating.
LAVESTUC 12S
VINYL ESTER FINISHING PUTTY
Finishing putty based on vinylester resin.
To be applied on the Lavetool 07 paste after milling. Excellent adhesion, sandability combined with with great resistance to solvents and water. It allows to complete the production cycle of the plug.
